Your tasks
- Mechanical assembly of extensive machine assemblies/machines according to drawings and parts lists at the workstation or on guided assembly systems
- Assignment of picked parts to assemblies according to the drawing and assembly list
- Carrying out ancillary activities (e.g. integration and tubing of pneumatics, electrical auxiliary activities) and mechanical reworking of parts
- Setting and checking functionally important dimensions and tolerances on assemblies
- Nachhaltige Fehlersuche sowie eigenständige Fehlerbehebung im gesamten Produktionsprozess
- Processing of workpieces by manual and mechanical processing, operation and set-up of machine tools
- Carrying out functional tests on mechanical and pneumatic assemblies
- Creation of checklists and test protocols
- Parts tracking via SAP software
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the assembly area of a mechanical engineering company
- Experience in mechanics and pneumatics required
- Ideally electrical training, e.g. electrically instructed person or electrician for defined activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- High ability to work in a team and willingness to work in shifts
- Independent, careful and structured way of working
