CNC machine operator – (m/w/d)* turning technology

Your tasks
- Processing of complex mechanical parts on CNC-controlled machines, with a focus on “turning”, according to drawings and programs (ISO programs)
- Operation of - in some cases - multi-axis machines (incl. detection and rectification of extensive faults)
- Machine set-up - use of tools, clamping devices and auxiliary materials according to technical and economic aspects (tool selection / setting / replacement)
- Modification and optimization of extensive CNC programs (Mazatrol control system)
- Independent creation of extensive CNC programs (workshop programming)
- Definition of processing sequences, also with regard to different production technologies
- Handling the program transfer (DNC operation)
- Testing and measurement of parts, self-checking if necessary, error detection, initiation of measures and creation of error messages
- On-schedule processing - deadline tracking in the SAP system
- Active participation in design changes / improvements together with the design engineer
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical training as a cutting machine operator
- Job-relevant practical experience
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Good to very good knowledge of the Mazatrol control system
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Initiative and motivation
- Ability to work in a team
